OS Assisted Migration Enhancements

With the R135 update, support has been added for the following :

• Ubuntu 14.04(32-bit) on KVM
• Ubuntu 14.04(64-bit) on KVM
• Windows Server 2008 SP2 (32-bit) on Hyper-V & KVM
• Windows Server 2008 SP2 (64-bit) on Hyper-V & KVM
